Did You Know Humor Can Reduce Stress and Improve Your Health?

Just a few laughs a day can dramatically reduce your stress levels, therefore increasing your immune response and improving your health.  The problem with most folks today is that they have forgotten how to laugh.  Every little thing in their life has become so serious that they are one big ball of stress waiting to crack.  Now everyone has an individual sense of humor, what one finds funny another may find insulting.  My own humor is pretty dry and crude, but I am always willing to polk as much fun at myself as I am anyone else.  Laughing has been scientifically proven to reduce blood pressure, eliminate headaches, muscle aches, and improve sleep patterns.  It has also been shown to improve interpersonal relationships.  So what are you waiting for, go ahead and grab a good laugh.
